Oct 2009 - We are proud to announce our customer Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia (BKRM) reported for the first nine months ended September 30, 2009 the rate of non-performing loans (NPLs) was brought down to 1.2 per cent from 1.9 per cent previously, reflected by the bank's prudent lending policies, strong credit management and a proactive credit recovery process.

Dec 2008 - Juris IR Analyzer deployed for Jaring, a pioneer provider for internet gateway access for Malaysia, as a web based graphical reporting tool for the Avaya IVR transactions and analytics. With the Juris IR Analyzer, Jaring is able to view reports for IVR transactions in a more in depth, multi-dimensional and graphical manner.

April 2009 - Juris Contact deployed for Datamed, a leading provider of database management solutions for health information and clinical research, alongside Avaya IVR for the interactive response to automated service for doctors to input and access clinical research data and sampling. Juris Contact provides the multi-channel interaction delivery of email and web services for this automated self-service project for the doctors.
